Lorynix AI started in 2023 with a small support team drowning in the same forty questions every single day. We built an internal bot on top of our own help centre, cut first-response time from six hours to seconds, and realised every business we knew had the same problem.
Today Lorynix AI is a remote-first company of 24 people across 9 countries, powering AI assistants for support, sales and internal onboarding at more than 12,000 businesses.
