Acceptance

By creating an account or using Lorynix AI you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping credentials secret and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Plans & billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Message credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You may not use Lorynix AI to:

• Break the law or infringe someone else’s rights
• Upload content you have no right to use
• Send spam, malware or deceptive automated messages
• Impersonate a person or organisation
• Reverse engineer, resell or overload the platform outside your plan limits

Your content

You keep all ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it purely to operate your bots. We do not use it to train shared public models.

Availability & support

Liability

AI answers can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing critical content such as legal, medical or financial statements. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these Terms, and will give notice and a chance to fix the issue whenever it is reasonable to do so.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lorynix AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions? Use the contact page.
