Omar Faruq is the founder and CEO of Lorynix AI. He started the company in 2023 after building an internal answer bot for a support team that was drowning in the same forty questions every day.
He leads product direction and works closely with the engineering and support teams across nine timezones. His focus is simple: make expert-level answers instant for any business, without needing a developer.
